Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in its original condition ( original box, not used and sealed if it the case) If returned, a refund will be credited to the original method of payment minus return shipping cost. "Please note that tester perfumes are final sale and cannot be returned". We will charge a 30% fee for items that has been opened or used to cover a loss of value, 100% of our fragrances are authentic with a money back guarantee. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, decanted perfume travel sprays are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please Note:

• Theft Policy: We are not responsible for theft or loss once the package has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at the time of payment.

• Damage During Transit: If your product arrives damaged, you must document it immediately. Please provide the following:

  • Clear images of the outer shipping box

  • Photos showing any damage or leaks

  • Images of the product inside its original packaging

Important: Without this documentation, we are unable to process replacement or refund claims.
