At AQPerfumes.com, we stand behind every fragrance we sell. All of our products are 100% authentic and backed by our Authenticity Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must contact us and receive a Return Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition
• Returned with the original box and packaging
• Include all original accessories (such as the cap, inserts, and cellophane when applicable)
• Not damaged or excessively handled
• Factory sealed, when applicable

Return Shipping

For returns due to customer preference, the cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely for its return shipment.

Opened or Used Fragrances

Opened or lightly used fragrances may be accepted at AQPerfumes.com's sole discretion and, if approved, will be subject to a 30% restocking fee to cover the loss in resale value.

Heavily used, damaged, or excessively sprayed fragrances may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that fragrance performance, longevity, projection, batch variations, reformulations, or personal scent preference are not considered product defects and do not qualify for a defective merchandise claim.

Authenticity Guarantee

Every fragrance sold by AQPerfumes.com is 100% authentic.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds based solely on claims that a fragrance is counterfeit or "fake." If you have concerns regarding authenticity, please contact us, and we will gladly provide information regarding the product's authenticity and sourcing whenever possible.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

• Tester or Unbox fragrances
• Decanted perfume travel sprays
• Any product marked as Final Sale

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, these items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Damage During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, you must notify us as soon as possible and provide:

• Clear photos of the outside shipping box
• Photos showing any visible damage or leakage
• Photos of the product inside its original packaging

This documentation is required so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Claims submitted without the required documentation may be denied.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, AQPerfumes.com is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages.

If you believe your package has been stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and your local law enforcement agency.

Incorrect Address, Refused Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package may be subject to:

• The original shipping charges (if applicable)
• Return shipping charges
• Any applicable restocking fees

These amounts will be deducted from the refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–5 business days after the inspection has been completed. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Fraud, Abuse & Policy Misuse

AQPerfumes.com reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit request if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the request involves fraud, abuse, misuse of this policy, excessive returns, or other suspicious activity.
