Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been packed, a shipping label has been created, or the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the order can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep your order after it has shipped, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, provided the item is eligible for return.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Florida, USA.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using UPS and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your shipping address, package size, and service availability.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Fragrance Shipping Notice

Fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as regulated materials by shipping carriers. As a result, certain shipments may require additional handling or transportation procedures. While we strive to ship every order as quickly as possible, these carrier requirements may occasionally result in transit delays that are beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times begin after your order has been shipped.

  • Florida: 2–4 business days
  • Continental United States: 2–8 business days, depending on destination

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, transportation disruptions, carrier operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Shipping Charges

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders within the contiguous United States.

Expedited shipping options, when available, will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when the error was caused by AQPerfumes.com.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the shipping address, reroute the package, or cancel the shipment.

Any costs associated with returned packages due to an incorrect address may be deducted from the customer's refund.

Signature Confirmation

For high-value orders, AQPerfumes.com reserves the right to require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. If this occurs, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

PO Boxes

PO Box addresses may only be eligible for shipment through USPS.

Lost, Delayed & Delivered Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.

AQPerfumes.com is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as Delivered, but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier.
  • Filing a claim with the carrier if appropriate.

AQPerfumes.com is not responsible for theft or loss after a package has been confirmed as delivered.
