How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. We currently offer free standard shipping, which typically takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on the destination of your package.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in its original condition ( original box, not used and sealed if it the case) If returned, a refund will be credited to the original method of payment minus return shipping cost. "Please note that tester perfumes are final sale and cannot be returned". We will charge a 30% fee for items that has been opened or used to cover a loss of value, 100% of our fragrances are authentic with a money back guarantee. 

Please Note:

• Theft Policy: We are not responsible for theft or loss once the package has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at the time of payment.

• Damage During Transit: If your product arrives damaged, you must document it immediately. Please provide the following:

  • Clear images of the outer shipping box

  • Photos showing any damage or leaks

  • Images of the product inside its original packaging

Important: Without this documentation, we are unable to process replacement or refund claims.

Are your perfumes original?

We do not sell imitations, knock-offs, or counterfeit products."

What is a perfume tester and is it the same quality?

A tester is a version of a perfume that is made for display or sampling purposes in stores. It contains the same exact fragrance and quality as the regular (retail) version—no difference in scent, concentration, or lasting power.A tester is a great way to get the real perfume at a lower price, just with less pretty packaging. Perfect if you care more about the scent than the bottle display.Tester bottles may be labeled "tester" and might arrive in a white box. They are 100% original and unused.

Do you offer nationwide or international shipping?

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States to ensure the safety and security of your order.

Do you offer discount codes or loyalty rewards?

We offer 2% cash back on every customer purchase or  4% cash back on every order, simply make a purchase with a minimum of 2 items per order (items can be different). This cash back is accumulated as store credit and can be used exclusively on our website at checkout. You have the option to apply your credit during checkout or save it for a future purchase.

This credit does not expire.

To view your accumulated cash back, please sign in to your account. If you are using a desktop device, the sign-in link is located at the top right corner of the website. On mobile devices, you can find it at the bottom left corner.

Once signed in, navigate to your Profile to view your available store credit balance."Please note that your cashback will not appear in your account until your order has been processed and shipped."
